Well hello… hello… readers, welcome back to Saturday Insights.

To get started today, we’d like you to stretch your body as much as you can without injuring yourself, okay, go easy!
Mindfulness
Stretch your arms up high and imagine your fingertips touching the sky.
Lengthen your back and stretch your legs to point your toes.
As you stretch, inhale and hold your breath to get more length.
And as you exhale, let all of the air out of your body and feel everything relax.
Let’s try that again.
Inhale and move your body,
Stretch the areas you feel are tensed,
Go a little bit further than before, and
Release with your exhale.
Keep moving and stretching your body intuitively with each inhale and exhale.
Do this for a count of 60 seconds, or you can also listen to the 1 min music below to keep track of the time & mind.
You Don’t Need Your Ducks in a Row
We spent so much time making sure that we have all of the information possible, all of the resources, the colorful sticky notes, and file dividers dotting our i’s and crossing our t’s.
And when it comes time to move, we have to do one more thing at least — gather up just one more duck and put it in a row before we go.
And then you know what happens?
We get scared!
We get scared because along the way while we’ve been doing the research and planning our plans, we’ve heard every worst-case scenario and even created a few in our own minds.
So, we simply don’t end up moving.
Because “if we don’t move, we haven’t failed”, right?
We kind of think to ourselves that the more we plan, the more progress we’re making.
But planning is not progress!
It’s just planning, it’s a different step, and it’s never going to get you there.
